To determine the experts needed by the food and beverage sector and related scientific disciplines depending on the changing living conditions, to develop a dynamic program that includes business trainings to support the applied education of Turkish and world kitchens with scientific trainings and to develop the managerial skill of the students and to bring tomorrow's food and beverage professionals and researchers to the sector and science world.
